1) PREPARE YOUR HOME

Once the listing paperwork is signed and we conduct your appraisal, it’s time to get your home ready to show. Minerva, our Certified Stager, will help with suggestions on everything from de-cluttering and de-personalizing to landscaping tweaks.

2) PHOTOGRAPH & VIDEO

Once your home is looking its best, we’ll schedule a professional architectural photographer to shoot images of all the main features. Nathalie will create a video walkthrough highlighting your home’s unique floorplan and best details.

4) HOME STRETCH

Born and raised in North Carolina, Laura never strayed far from home. She received her B.A. in English and Education from UNC-Chapel Hill and joined Fitch Creations when she graduated in 1986. Laura oversees construction and real estate and also serves as broker-in-charge.

Nathalie joined Fearrington’s Real Estate Team in 1999 and has worked in all aspects of listing and selling homes since. Born in Marseille and raised in Chapel Hill, she earned a degree in International Studies and Linguistics from UNC-Chapel Hill. She films home walkthrough videos and enjoys spending time on the N.C. coast fishing and casting nets.
