1) SELECT YOUR HOMESITE

Come for a visit! Our real estate team will show you the community we’ve created, including the Village Center, neighborhoods, homesites, homes, and community amenities. Whether you want a large wooded lot or the ability to walk to the Village Center, we’ll help you select the right homesite.

2) DESIGN YOUR HOME

Work with our on-site architectural designer to create your ideal home layout and exterior. Then customize the interior in our Design Center. We have everything you need — flooring, countertops, tiles, cabinets, faucets, lighting, window treatments, and paint decks.

3) HOME CONSTRUCTION

We handle all permitting, inspections, and work scheduling, and we keep you posted on the construction progress. Our construction crews have built every home at Fearrington, and will build your home with the same care and dedication. Our service warranty coordinator provides service and support, even after the final walk-through.

LAURA MORGAN

General Manager, Real Estate Sales & Construction

Born and raised in North Carolina, Laura never strayed far from home. She received her B.A. in English and Education from UNC-Chapel Hill and joined Fitch Creations when she graduated in 1986. Laura oversees construction and real estate and also serves as broker-in-charge.

BRIAN CATHER

Architectural Designer

Brian is originally from West Virginia but headed south to attend architecture school at Clemson University. After graduation, he served as an intern for 3 years at a small commercial architecture firm in Raleigh. For the next 8 years, Brian worked as a project manager and eventually head of the design department at a Raleigh-based residential architecture firm. Brian joined us in 2009.

PAIGE GREENE

New Home Specialist

Paige will help you select from a variety of proven, attractive customization options in the comfort of our Design Center and will also be your point of contact on all aspects of construction to ensure your home meets your specifications. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, Paige began working with Fitch Creations in 1990 and has been helping customers move into their custom Fearrington homes since 2004.

BRENDA BADDERS

Construction Warranty Specialist

Brenda Badders guides new home construction from getting building permits all the way through to the house closing. After the sale, Brenda is the Construction Warranty contact for the New Homeowners. I have been with the company since 2000, and what I like most about Fitch Creations is the sense of community. Several of us have worked with each other a long time and to me they are family.

LUKE MILLER

Construction Superintendent

Luke grew up in St Thomas Pennsylvania, attended Penn State University and moved to NC in 2000. With a background in residential construction and remodeling, he manages the construction process with daily communication and oversight of all members of the construction team to ensure our homes are built with an emphasis on high quality construction and in a timely fashion. The primary goal of Fitch Creations is taking care of the people, Luke meets this goal by treating each home built as if it were his own.

R.B. FITCH

Fearrington Developer & General Contractor

R.B. and his late wife, Jenny, purchased the Fearrington dairy farm in 1974 and soon started converting the farm and surrounding land into a country village. The original farm house and outbuildings now house the shops and restaurants of the village center, while over 1,200 families have homes nestled in the surrounding woodlands and fields.
