September is one of those wonderful in-between months in the kitchen, when the abundance of summer begins to give way to the deeper flavors of fall. At The Fearrington House Restaurant, Chef Paul Gagne lets the season lead the way, drawing from North Carolina farms and Fearrington’s own gardens to create elegant prix fixe and tasting menus. Add a thoughtfully selected wine pairing and make your first dinner of fall one to remember.
The rush of summer is over, but the beautiful weather isn’t. September is an ideal time for a quiet escape to The Fearrington House Inn, with garden walks in the morning, afternoons spent browsing the Village shops or relaxing at the Spa, and dinner just steps from your room.
