THE FEARRINGTON HOUSE RESTAURANT
Chef Paul Gagne’s spring menus at The Fearrington House Restaurant capture the lighter, brighter flavors of the season with elegant dishes built around English peas, white asparagus, morels, spring lamb, NC trout, rhubarb, and herbs from Fearrington’s own gardens. Guests can choose from a refined prix fixe menu, a full chef’s tasting experience, or a thoughtfully composed vegetarian tasting menu, each available with classic or elevated wine pairings curated to complement every course. It’s the kind of dinner meant to be savored slowly, where each plate and pour feels distinctly tied to spring in North Carolina.
THE FEARRINGTON HOUSE INN
It’s summer at the Fearrington House Inn, which means a well earned repsite in our calming little Village. Admire the gardens in full bloom, take a dip in the pool, pack a picnic, peruse the shops, book a spa treatment, enjoy a pizza, and revel in all the charming corners of the property as you escape the real world, if only for a weekend.
