THE FEARRINGTON HOUSE RESTAURANT
Summer takes center stage at The Fearrington House Restaurant with menus that celebrate the best of North Carolina's season. Under Executive Chef Paul Gagne, vibrant ingredients like heirloom tomatoes, peaches, summer squash, field peas, fresh seafood, and herbs from Fearrington's own gardens are transformed into elegant prix fixe and tasting menus. Complete the experience with a thoughtfully curated wine pairing, where each pour has been selected to complement every course and bring the flavors of the season to life. Whether you choose the three-course prix fixe, the Chef's Tasting Menu, or the Vegetarian Tasting Menu, every meal is an invitation to slow down and savor summer.
