Summer Cooking Classes with Sheri Castle
Did you know that award-winning professional food writer, cook, recipe developer and cooking instructor Sheri Castle teaches culinary classes at Fearrington? Sheri has contributed to many wonderful books including James Beard award winners, IACP award winners, and New York Times best selling cookbooks and she’s the author of The Southern Living Community Cookbook, Instantly Southern, and The New Southern Garden Cookbook, among others. Her classes are small – just 15 students at most – so everyone can really dig into the subject matter. You’ll learn new skills, tips, and tricks, and of course there will be plentiful samples and possibly even a visit to our culinary and herb gardens to gather up some seasonal ingredients.
These classes are a perfect experience to give. Might we suggest a culinary class as a fabulously fun alternative to the traditional bridal shower or perhaps as a birthday gift?
