Winter Series Wine Class – Riesling

Fearrington Wine Director Troy Revell has a three part series with the challenge of presenting as many different styles as possible using a single grape. The March class ends the series with Riesling.

Often misunderstood and thought of as just an off-dry option, Riesling has as much stylistic range as any varietal in the world. There are so many different versions of it that in this class we will expand on our normal lineup and present 8 examples from all over the globe. With Spring fast approaching, it’s the perfect time to taste fresh, floral, and lip smacking Rieslings!

A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant. We look forward to welcoming you!
