Wine Class: North Carolina – Not So Sweet!
May is North Carolina Wine Month, and Fearrington Wine Director Troy Revell would love to show you what has been happening in our growing local wine scene! There is much more to explore compared to even 5 years ago, and North Carolina is gaining a more reputable profile than just low end sweet styles. We will present 6 dry style wines that are defining a new generation of NC vino!
A small plate from Chef Gagne is included and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on The Garden Terrace next to The Fearrington House Restaurant.
