Summer Series Wine Class – Part 3: Tasmania, Australia

Whether Summer in the South is your favorite season or you’re fleeing to the beach, we all could use some wine ideas to make it through! Fearrington Wine Director Troy Revell has a three part series focused on coastal regions producing refreshing selections, finishing with the Australian region of Tasmania. This island off the Southeast of mainland Australia enjoys a global reputation as a leading producer of premium cool climate wines. We will start with bubbles and move into white and light red selections from this down under vacation paradise!

We’ll be tasting Greece on June 20th, Provence, France on July 11th, and Tasmania, Australia on August 22nd. Join us for all of them!

A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place in the Cottage behind The Fearrington House Restaurant from 6-7pm
