Troon Vineyard is a Demeter Biodynamic Certified and Regenerative Organic Gold Certified farm in Oregon’s Applegate Valley, and is only the fourth farm in the world to achieve Gold Certification. Their conversion to biodynamic farming has revitalized the estate’s soils while also providing a template for other wineries – both locally and around the world – to reduce their environmental footprint. All their wines are fermented only with native yeasts and no commercial yeasts, acids, sugar, enzymes or additives are added to any of the wines – their minimalist winemaking approach allows the full expression of their terroir.
