Noble Hill is an organic estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains. They follow a regenerative farming philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with a mineral structure. The Simonsberg mountains, where their vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.
