As a family-run winery in the charming village of Tramin, the Hofstätter’s goal is straightforward: to convey the story of their homeland, Alto Adige. They produce wines that authentically reflect their origins, showcasing the clear and strong character of the Dolomites region. Since their inception, Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer have been their hallmark varieties. Their passion for discovery also leads them beyond the borders of Alto Adige, where they cultivate vineyards at an altitude of 823 meters amidst the majestic mountains of Trentino. Furthermore, they dedicate themselves to Riesling on the steep slopes of the Mosel.
