Champagne Wine Class

Our wine classes will end the year in style with a comprehensive look from Wine Director Troy Revell into all things Champagne! We will go over some basics of the region’s geography and grape varietals, and we will delve a little deeper into the technical side of dosage, oxidative vs reductive styles, Grower Champagnes and Special Club. Whether you are looking to stock up for holiday events or broaden your understanding of this classic but challenging region, we will have you covered!

A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant.
