Join us for an intimate, chef-driven wine dinner celebrating Red Tail Ridge Winery of New York’s Finger Lakes. The evening begins at 6:30 PM on Thursday, February 19th with a welcoming pour, followed by a five-course dinner thoughtfully paired with eight wines. We are thrilled to welcome Red Tail Ridge winemaker and co-owner Nancy Irelan.
Each course is designed to highlight the elegance and precision of cool-climate wines, with conversation and insight woven throughout the evening. A few spots remain.
Albariño is quickly becoming a hidden gem in California's winemaking scene. Don't miss out on this new American styling of a classic Spanish varietal! While we may be on opposite coasts, we share much in common with Belted Vines—most notably our mutual affinity for Belted Galloway cows. Like Fearrington, the Belted Vines estate became enamored with this beautiful Scottish breed and purchased a herd in the 1980s. They have since become the longest continuously operating breeder of Belted Galloway cattle in California.
"Pretty lilac and anise, with white peach and orange blossom... Crisp and bright with white peach and melon. Nice depth in center but fresh acidity cleans up at the finish." — Winemaker Alison Doran
