    Discover the colorful world of wine, where shades of white, orange, rosé, and red reveal surprising differences in flavor, texture, and character.

    Wine Director Troy Revell will guide you through six distinctive wines that explore the fascinating relationship between grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and the colors in our glass. We'll discover how time spent with grape skins can transform a familiar white into something unexpected, why some reds are lighter and more delicate than rosés, and how appearances don't always tell the whole story. Along the way, we'll consider which styles shine alongside the rich and varied flavors of the holiday table, from roasted turkey and savory stuffing to seasonal vegetables and festive gatherings. From familiar favorites to intriguing discoveries, join us for a colorful journey filled with inspiration for the celebrations ahead.

    A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant.
