This large rectangular board works well for shared meals and everyday prep. It’s a natural fit for charcuterie, appetizers, or cutting vegetables and bread, with enough space to handle multiple tasks at once. The spalted maple develops its markings naturally as the wood ages, creating contrast and movement across the surface. The live edge runs along one side, grounding the board in the shape of the tree it came from. Each piece is sanded smooth and finished lightly to protect the wood while letting the grain show through. It’s sturdy, practical, and comfortable to use. This size often moves easily from kitchen prep to serving at the table.
