At 21 inches, this live edge board gives you room to work. It’s well suited for batch prep, multiple ingredients, or breaking down poultry without crowding the surface. When it’s not in use, it often doubles as a generous serving board. The ambrosia maple is pale in color, with smoky gray streaks that move across the grain. These markings are created naturally and vary from board to board, making each one unmistakably its own.
These boards are made slowly, shaped by hand, letting the natural edge guide the final form. A food-safe oil finish protects the surface and brings depth to the grain. It’s a board with presence, but it doesn’t feel showy-just solid, practical, and well made.
