    How to use
    Apply Active™ Blur directly onto bare nails, without Base Coat or Top Coat, and allow to air dry. Its make-up finish is buildable:

    - Layering: combine Active™ Blur with other Active™ shades for a highly personalized result
    - Active™ Blur gently removes with the Oil Remover or the Green Flash™ Remover.
