    Bright, juicy and easy-drinking, this traditional Burgundy blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir shows raspberry and wild strawberry with a touch of violet and light tobacco. Soft and supple on the palate, it has gentle tannins, fresh acidity and a clean, lively finish.

    Albert Bichot is one of Burgundy’s historic family-owned houses, founded in 1831 and now led by the sixth generation. The family works across several Burgundian appellations, combining estate vineyards with long-standing grower relationships and a strong focus on preserving regional character.

    The Passetoutgrain blend is 65% Gamay and 35% Pinot Noir, fermented together and aged entirely in stainless steel for eight to nine months. Gamay brings juicy fruit and roundness, while Pinot Noir adds finesse and structure. Light, fresh and uncomplicated, it is especially good with charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled meats or mild cheeses.
