    A beautiful collection of vineyards in Napa Valley farmed by Rosemary Cakebread, Gallica winery was founded in 2007. Named after an ancient apothecary "gallica" rose to indicate Rosemary's commitment to making wines with complex and intriguing aromatics.

    This rosé is a blend of early harvest Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon from their cerified organic Estate Vineyard in Saint Helena. Whole clusters are gently pressed to produce a light pink hue before fermentation takes place in stainless and neurtal oak.

    This wine is dry, crisp and refreshing. With some savory, herbal aromatics this wine can be enjoyed slightly warmer (~50 F), making it the perfect year-round rosé!
