A perfect everyday white wine. Fragrant on the nose, dry on the palate, and maintaining freshness and vibrancy throughout, this wine might remind you of the Mediterranean. The aromas and flavors of fresh flowers, citrus, sea salt, and almonds not only make it the perfect wine to drink with pre-dinner snacks but also versatile enough to hold its own at the table.
Massican is Napa and Sonoma’s only white wine winery. The wines are made from 10 grape varieties planted in 17 vineyards on California’s North Coast. The winemaking is respectful of the vineyards and the grapes, and therefore, there is very little interference during the fermentation process to make these wines.
81% Pinot Grigio is blended with 19% Cortese and fermented in used French oak & stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 5 months in large wooden vats and in stainless steel. Expect aromas of peach-skin and tangy grapefruit with lively acidity and lemon zest on the palate.
