Enrico Serafino is a family-owned artisan winery in Piedmont, Italy, founded in 1878 in Canale. They draw grapes from vineyards in the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato regions, many within the UNESCO World Heritage wine-landscape. The winery makes both traditional still and sparkling wines—Barolo, Barbaresco, Alta Langa, and native varieties—while maintaining a craft approach rooted in tradition, sustainability, and attention to detail.
