CrimeScene is less than two months away, and we cannot wait. I got a phone call recently from the South of France, and it is official. Martin Walker is joining the roster for CrimeScene, our crime fictionfest!
Tickets are available for our cocktail party, where you can schmooze with the authors, on Friday, February 6th, and for our day of panels on Saturday, February 7th.
We are truly stoked about our lineup featuring a keynote conversation between Craig Johnson and Anne Hillermanand panels packed with amazing writers such as Cara Black, Juliet Grames, Michael Bennett, Michael Kempt, Brian Panowich, Eryk Pruitt, Sara E. Johnson, Brendan Slocumb, Megan Miranda, and Naomi Hirahara.
Along with the great authors, here's the killer schedule:
10:30-11:15 The Joys of the Armchair Traveler with Cara Black and Martin Walker, moderated by Sara Johnson.
11:30-12.15 Crimes and Misdemeanors: What does Justice Really Mean? with Brandan Slocumb, Megan Miranda, and Brian Panowich, moderated by Eryk Pruitt.
Lunch break 12:30 to 1:30
1:30 to 2:15 Culture and Crime: The Perceptions of People and Place with Naomi Hirahara, Michael Bennett, and Malcolm Kempt, moderated by Juliet Grames.
2:30 to 3:30 Our Guests of Honor, Anne Hillerman and Craig Johnson, Muse on Friendship, Their Careers, and the Late, Great, Tony Hillerman.
After each panel there will be 15 minutes allotted for book signings. Panels may run over but everything should be over by 4pm so everyone can head over to Galloways for drinks and who knows what authors you might bump into.
