Summer is here, and with it comes Chef Paul Gagné’s new seasonal menu at The Fearrington House Restaurant. It’s a celebration of vibrant, local ingredients and fresh flavors—thoughtfully plated and best enjoyed at a slower summer pace.

We’re excited to now offer a lighter three-course option alongside our tasting menus, making it even easier to enjoy Fearrington’s award-winning dining for a special evening out or a midweek treat. If you are craving something more casual, The Fearrington Bar is always a wonderful choice, with a relaxed bar menu paired with cocktails crafted by Cassidy.

Personally, my favorite way to experience Chef Paul’s menus is with wine pairings. There’s something magical about letting the professionals find the perfect match for each dish—tasting wines I might not normally try, each one enhancing the flavors on the plate and turning dinner into an experience.
