I moved to Fearrington in 2008. My new house was designed and built while I was still in New England and the Fitch team made sure that everything was done as if l were on site.

 

I always admired the neighborhoods on each side of the Park while walking my dog and was lucky to move to East Camden in 2019. Once again, everyone at the Fitch team made selling one house and buying another a seamless transition.

 

Their deep knowledge of and love for the Village is apparent in the way they nurture both new and repeat homeowners. At each step, they were there to remove the stress of negotiations, mounds of paperwork, and both closings. I only had to worry about packing, moving, unpacking, and enjoying my new Parkside home.
