Wine Class – The Spirit of Priorat – October 16, 2025

Step into the rugged hills of Catalonia, where ancient vines cling to steep slate terraces and produce some of Spain’s most powerful and expressive wines. In this class, Wine Director Troy Revell will help you explore the unique terroir of Priorat — from its iconic llicorella soils to the influence of Garnacha and Cariñena — and discover how tradition and modern revival have shaped this tiny but world-renowned region. Taste through exemplary wines while learning the history, culture, and winemaking spirit that make Priorat truly one of a kind.

A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant. We look forward to welcoming you!
