If you haven't been by the Fearrington House Bar in a while, now is an excellent time to see what's new. We have Cassidy Bright behind the iconic bar top these days, mixing inventive and delicious cocktails for bar patrons and restaurant diners alike. In fact, Cassidy's creations are so delightful, one in particular was awarded the Best Cocktail Award at the most recent international Relais & Chateaux meeting!  Come by the Fearrington House Restaurant Bar Thursday-Sunday starting at 4:30 to try the "Late Bloomer," Cassidy's signature drink. A light mix of Monkey 47 gin, fresh citrus, and cucumber with a touch of jasmine syrup, it's a tasty sipper year-round, but especially nice with spring around the corner. Food service starts at 5pm each evening--check out our bar menu here.  Call the Inn Reception to book your Bar reservation, 919-542-2121, or take your chances with a walk-in. In the winter, our wood-burning fireplace welcomes you and as the weather warms, the Adirondack chairs invite you to take in the views and the tasty libations. We'd love to see you soon!
