From engaging classes to thoughtfully curated wine dinners, each experience is designed to bring our love of food and wine to life in new and exciting ways.At our wine dinners, the chefs create menus just for the occasion—dishes you won’t find on our regular menus.

These evenings give our culinary team the opportunity to experiment, be a little more playful, and craft pairings that perfectly highlight the wines being featured. It’s a chance to taste something truly unique while enjoying a guided journey through each glass. If you haven’t joined us yet for one of these events, it’s the perfect time. They’re convivial, educational, and, most of all, delicious.

Maldonado “Farmworker” Chardonnay 2019, Napa Valley, California  – $29

The story behind the bottle is just as inspiring: crafted by a Hispanic father-and-son team who worked for decades in Napa vineyards before opening their own Calistoga estate. Their hands-on expertise shines through in every sip.
