Choose the home team to sell your home – we built your home and know if inside and out. We’re dedicated sellers’ agents who bring over 80 years of combined Fearrington experience to every sale. Our team only markets homes located in Fearrington Village, so our focus is entirely on you.

We use our extensive marketing experience to spotlight your home and find you a buyer for the best price in the least amount of time. Our team works closely with over 500 buyer’s agents throughout the Triangle, and our team offers full tours of the Village Center and all community neighborhoods to every prospective buyer.

Our Selling Process

1.

PREPARE YOUR HOME

Once the listing paperwork is signed and we conduct your appraisal, it’s time to get your home ready to show. Minerva, our Certified Stager, will help with suggestions on everything from de-cluttering and de-personalizing to landscaping tweaks.

2.

PHOTOGRAPH & VIDEO

Once your home is looking its best, we’ll schedule a professional architectural photographer to shoot images of all the main features. Nathalie will create a video walkthrough highlighting your home’s unique floorplan and best details.

3.

MARKETING

Carolyn will create a web page on the Fearrington website in the Real Estate – Buy section with your home’s best photos and listing details. She’ll make a flyer to post in the Fearrington Village Center kiosk, regularly viewed by 2,000 Village visitors weekly. An email will be sent to our expanding database of potential customers and over 500 MLS agents, and we’ll post your home on Fearrington’s Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages.

4.

HOME STRETCH

We’ll set up showings and accompany all prospects to your home, bring you all offers, and assist with contract negotiations. We’ll help with the selling paperwork, inspection repairs, and home closing. We’re with you every step of the way!

Laura Morgan
General Manager, Real Estate Sales & Construction

Born and raised in North Carolina, Laura never strayed far from home. She received her B.A. in English and Education from UNC-Chapel Hill and joined Fitch Creations when she graduated in 1986. Laura oversees construction and real estate and also serves as broker-in-charge.

Carolyn Wilson
Real Estate Broker

Carolyn was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. She received her BA in English from Wheaton College (IL) and has lived in North Carolina since 1992. Carolyn joined the team in 2020 and became a broker in 2021. She helps home sellers complete all necessary listing paperwork, facilitates marketing properties, and coordinates the closing process after a home is under contract. In her free time, she dabbles in creative writing and art, and especially loves to travel, garden, and hike with her family.

Nathalie joined the Real Estate Team at Fearrington in 1999 and has been involved in all areas of listing and selling Fearrington homes ever since. Born in Marseille, France, Nathalie was brought up in Chapel Hill and attended UNC-Chapel Hill where she earned a degree in International Studies and Linguistics. Nathalie expertly records your home walkthrough videos and loves to spend her free time on the N.C. coast throwing a cast net and fishing.

Real Estate Broker

Although born in California, Minerva has lived in the Triangle area for over 40 years and considers North Carolina home. After 15 years as the Communications Director for Tops Petroleum, Minerva joined our team in 2011. Her passion for helping customers find the perfect home makes our real estate sales office the ideal place for her to work. Minerva is a certified Home Stager and helps clients to maximize their home's appeal. In her free time Minerva loves to cook and being outdoors backpacking, kayaking, and sailing.
