A huge piece of land next to Fearrington Village won’t be seeing development anytime soon – likely forever.

The Triangle Land Conservancy in Durham, an organization dedicated to preserving natural habitats, bought 248 acres located between Fearrington Village and Jordan Lake for $3.25M.
