The Barn

The Barn offers a breathtaking venue for larger functions and events. The cobblestone patio and entrance, expansive dining and dancing space, magical twig chandeliers and rustic columns make it one of the most desirable special events locations in the Triangle. The Barn accommodates 125 to 250 guests.

The Garden Terrace

Situated next to the Fearrington House Restaurant and nestled under the stately oak trees, The Garden Terrace is perfect for many styles of rehearsal dinner, including barbecues, buffets and elegant hors d’oeuvres receptions. Accommodates up to 100 guests.

The Cottage, located in Fearrington Village near Chapel Hill, NC, is a separate structure adjacent to The Fearrington House Restaurant. This venue is perfect for a more intimate reception. Accessible by a winding brick walkway through the south lawn under the stately pecan trees, this venue offers the seasonal menu from The Fearrington House with exceptional service.
