During his tenure, the restaurant earned three Michelin stars and rose to the No. 1 position on \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe World’s 50 Best Restaurants\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
