Welcome the New Year with delicious wines to pair with your meal at The Fearrington House Restaurant! What says “celebration” more than Champagne corks being popped and wines being poured out of magnum bottles?

We’ll be pouring those and more as we excitedly welcome 2018! We’ll be sharing bottles by iconic producers starting with a classic Champagne toast with Taittinger Brut la Francaise, followed by pairings that include Italian superstars Nicola Manferrari from Borgo del Tiglio and Le Macchiole, top German Riesling producers Franz Kunstler and Reichsgraf von Kesselstat, and La Grange Tiphaine and Domaine de la Taille aux Loups – two biodynamic trailblazers from the Loire Valley in France. Cap it all off with a glass of 1998 Warre’s Quinta de Cavadinha, a single quinta vintage port.
