Gönc wines are minimal-intervention, organic wines from Slovenia, produced by the Gönc family winery located in Ptuj. The winery is a family tradition that began in 1936, and it produces a diverse range of wines, including whites like Kerner and Chardonnay/Riesling blends, reds like Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir, rosés, and natural sparkling wines such as Pet-Nat. The wines are known for their focus on organic farming and are often bottled with little to no added sulfites.
