What times are check-in and check-out at The Fearrington House Inn?
Check-in at The Fearrington House begins at 3pm. Check-out is by 12 noon.

Are Afternoon Tea and Breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, both Afternoon Tea and Breakfast are included in the room rate.

When are Afternoon Tea and Breakfast served?
Afternoon Tea is served to inn guests from 4-5pm daily.  Weekday breakfast is served from 7.30am-9.30am and weekend breakfast from 7:30am-10am. Room Service is also available.

Can I arrange for flowers to be in my room upon arrival?
We would be delighted to provide flower arrangements in your room upon arrival. Arrangements start at $75, can be customized and are created by our on on-site floral designer, Mary Stevens.

Are the rooms non-smoking?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.

Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome.

Do you offer rollaways or cribs?
Due to Federal & State Fire Codes we do not offer roll-aways or cribs.

Do you have an handicapped accessible rooms?
Yes, we have one handicapped accessible room, and can also accommodate other rooms to fit your needs.

May I invite additional guests to breakfast?
Yes, guests may invite additional parties for breakfast. There is a fee of $15 per additional guest.

Are Breakfast or Afternoon Tea open to regular guests?
Breakfast and Afternoon Tea at the Fearrington House are only available for Inn Guests.  Reservations are not required.

What is your deposit policy?
Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed to a credit card at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

How do I get to the Fearrington House Inn?
The Fearrington House is located 8 miles south of Chapel Hill on US15-501. For directions, please visit our directions page online.

How far is the Fearrington House Inn from the RDU airport?
We are about 26 miles (42 kilometres) from the airport and the drive takes approximately 30 Minutes

Does The Fearrington House Inn provide a shuttle service to and from the airport?
Unfortunately we do not provide a shuttle service but we can recommend the limousine service, Primetime Limousine (877) 610-3164.
